Before building automations, I spent over a decade in hospitality, managing NYC restaurants, directing a natural wine program in Brooklyn, and running a boutique catering company in NJ. Moving from chaotic dining rooms to milestone celebrations taught me one vital lesson: success relies entirely on flawless, behind-the-scenes execution. Today, I bring that exact same high-touch, detail-obsessed mindset to the tech world. The medium has changed, but I am still building the invisible systems that make everything run beautifully.
