Engineering seamless experiences behind the scenes.
Former chef and event planner turned founder of an automation software company.
I’m currently available for consulting engagements.
I’m based in Berlin, but most likely in the window seat of an airplane right now.
For six years, I ran a boutique events and catering company in northern NJ (just outside NYC), managing everything from elegant charity galas to chaotic, wildly themed first birthday parties. While I absolutely LOVE a good theme, I realized my true thrill always came from a flawlessly streamlined, behind-the-scenes execution.
SQSP
A quarterly investigation into the psychology of fashion, with an even split between academic and cultural inquiry. Our latest issue covers the new generation of avant-garde luxury brands emerging from South Korea.
Emerging Markets
I help established brands understand new audiences in emerging markets, with a special focus on shifting definitions of luxury in rapidly modernizing economies.
Color Forecasting
I’ve conducted numerous color studies for major fashion houses to help predict palettes for seasonal collections. I have contacts with research organizations in over forty countries to deliver a truly international perspective.
With the technical know-how of my husband—who smartly doubles as my partner and Director of Software Engineering—I founded Async Lambda. We focus on untangling messy processes through automations, website integrations, and data transformation. While we work with a variety of businesses, we've found our sweet spot in the healthcare space, specifically partnering with ABA companies to help them operate more efficiently.
Outside of work, I am incapable of turning down a good project and can turn literally anything into an intense research rabbit hole. Lately, that looks like starting a backyard vegetable garden, replacing all store-bought baked goods with homemade versions, and flipping furniture (including a toddler's play kitchen) to match our home's aesthetic. I’m especially passionate about cooking and gardening with my kids, so feel free to ask me questions!
